Why We Include Warranties
A home inspection provides a comprehensive snapshot of a house on the exact day we evaluate it. However, houses are living systems, and conditions can sometimes change between the inspection and the day you move in. Occasionally, during our routine testing, we might just get the very last successful cycle out of a dishwasher or water heater before a component finally fails.
I include these complementary warranties with every full home inspection to protect you from those exact types of unexpected surprises. They are designed to add real value to your inspection and give you peace of mind as you settle into your new home.
A Quick Note on Claims: These coverages are provided and administered entirely by a specialized third-party warranty company. While I purchase them on your behalf to ensure you are protected, I do not have control over their terms of service, deductibles, or claims approval process. If a covered issue arises, you will file your claim directly with the warranty provider using the links below.
1 Year Structural Warranty
The NXT Structural Warranty covers structural component malfunctions and failures as follows: footings and foundation systems, beams, girders, lintels, masonry arches, columns, load-bearing walls, partitions, roof framing systems, and floor systems. 5 Year Roof Leak Repair Warranty

180 Day Mechanical & Structural Warranty

180 Day MoldSafe Warranty
